Steve helped us close a house. He was very thorough from the beginning, providing all the information we ought to have as a buyer. He also was transparent with minute details, which we would not have noticed or thought about. Steve was very professional throughout the process. Juliana always followed up and kept us updated right from start to end. Steve is top notch. He guided us through the entire process and spent a lot of time going over the house to explain what would be worth repairing/upgrading and what wouldn't. He really stepped up and spent a lot of time coordinating repairmen and installers to help us get the house on the market as quickly as possible. His knowledge of the market was really impressive. When we were trying to decide what price to list the house at, he said "we should list at $x and it will probably for $x + $y. And he was spot on; we had 3 offers within a week and accepted an offer that was right at the price he thought the house would sell for (actually slightly higher than he prepared us for). Very happy with our experience with Steve and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
