Steve helped us close a house. He was very thorough from the beginning, providing all the information we ought to have as a buyer. He also was transparent with minute details, which we would not have noticed or thought about. Steve was very professional throughout the process. Juliana always followed up and kept us updated right from start to end. I've bought two houses with Steve, and couldn't be happier with him as an agent. He is very knowledgeable, and an excelled advocate. On the first house, he was able to help me get the purchase price significantly reduced and kept the purchase process going when my pre-approved loan fell through and I had to scramble to get a different one. When I was ready to buy again, the market was very different (really low inventory). Steve helped me kept my offer competitive and then fought with a truly difficult listing agent and seller to help me get reimbursed when the previous residents damaged the place during move out. Steve is a wonderful agent and will be the first one I call if I need to buy or sell another house.

Steve is top notch. He guided us through the entire process and spent a lot of time going over the house to explain what would be worth repairing/upgrading and what wouldn't. He really stepped up and spent a lot of time coordinating repairmen and installers to help us get the house on the market as quickly as possible. His knowledge of the market was really impressive. When we were trying to decide what price to list the house at, he said "we should list at $x and it will probably for $x + $y. And he was spot on; we had 3 offers within a week and accepted an offer that was right at the price he thought the house would sell for (actually slightly higher than he prepared us for). Very happy with our experience with Steve and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
