For most people, their home is their biggest investment. My goal is to ensure, whether buying or selling, that my clients are well informed, protected, and get the best possible deal. I aim to serve my clients in such a way that they are eager to recommend me to their friends and family. I recognize that buyers and sellers have options, but if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, and can provide unbiased guidance in a no-rush, no-push approach -- we should work together. I take pride in my work and always keep my client's best interest in mind.

Background

I've always had a passion for real estate and have been fortunate to make it my career. I am a lifelong resident of the Bay Area (primarily the East Bay). I attended CSU Chico and received a degree in Computer Science. I spent fifteen years working in the high-tech industry, which included three successful startups. I have found these experiences invaluable to my success in real estate.

My wife and I call Fremont our home. We have two sons. I love spending time with my family and golfing with my sons. In addition, I truly have a passion for everything real estate! I have approximately 20 years of experience, and I have consistently ranked among the top Realtors in the Bay Area and nationwide for ERA. Although I specialize in the Fremont/Tri-Cities area, my knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market is extensive (neighborhoods, schools, values, housing trends, rental markets, and more). My hard work, knowledge, and genuine passion for real estate has created a loyal referral base, respect within the real estate community, and powerful results for my clients. My clients value my service, knowledge, communication, attention to detail, and results.

I was "born & raised" in the Bay Area, only leaving during his college years. This has provided me with in-depth knowledge about communities, neighborhoods, and school systems my clients find invaluable. My office is located at the Legacy office in Fremont (Mission San Jose). This central location allows him to cover the East Bay in addition to the Silicon Valley and the Tri-Valley communities. I also meet clients at Legacy's other locations: Pleasanton & Livermore, Danville, and San Jose.
